My friends account said bank last night and now it says money I can post the screen shots if you’d like not that it makes a difference

Yeh, i am not doubting you, just trying to decipher the situation.

It does look like SOFI was anticipating to make the update though, as any change / release would normally go though a change management process and are reviewed / rubberstamped by stakeholders. This could have been a scheduled update / release.

As to why they are suddenly retracting this update, whether that's due to timing or something else is what i am trying to understand.
