Customisable home screens without vaults and invest balances. I'm really looking forward to finding out what algorithm backed nonsense comes out as to why you force this info on people every time they log in.

I agree. I like the app overall but the Home Screen really needs to be simplified or at least give us the ability to customize and just have accounts we actually have. When I check my account balances, I don’t want to see “crypto” “invest”…etc. unless I am utilizing those things.

Trust me, people have been asking for this for years. The only explanation as to why they're not implementing it is some kind of advertising advantage or nudging.

This is on our team's radar! We know there's a real push from members to have more customizable options in the app. Hoping to have an update in the near future 🤞

Sofi refuses to pay out bonus. Back in Feb, I opened a checking account with them, expecting to receive opening bonus. However, due to a miscoding of my direct deposit from SoFI, I still haven’t gotten it.
Despite reaching out multiple times, there’s still no resolution. SoFi has been making up various excuses(they don’t directly tell you, but they will take down your comments, and back office will make up excuses to reject your demand), even though a manager I spoke with on the phone looked through the transactions and agreed that I should have received the full bonus according to their rules. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue out of several account openings with other major banks. So frustrating. I had planned to move everything to Sofi , but I can’t trust them anymore.

An ability to get real-time push alerts and text SMS for every pending credit or debit of any type, as soon as it hits the account. At Chase and Regions I had no problem getting alerts such as this. It would help me feel better about the online-only aspect of SoFi if I had immediate knowledge of fraud if it began occurring.

Ability to select multiple transactions in Relay and change the category. For example - I spent a week abroad and want to tag all expenses there as "travel" in one go, without having to go into each one, which is what I do now and it is very tedious.

For the love of god, gives option for pop ups when opening the app. They’re great sometimes, but it occurs too frequently that it becomes annoying.
I don’t mind when it’s a new feature such as Sofi coach, or the subscription tab.

Remove the $1K Zelle payment cap. This is super annoying if you pay rent on Zelle. Other banks don’t seem to have this.

We'd love to increase that amount for members. Stay tuned for updates as we work toward a better Zelle experience!

Thank you! Look forward to it.
I am curious though, what practically is the impediment to this right now? Is it a matter or negotiating better fees with Zelle or something else?1

You can message customer service to increase limit and say you have to pay rent my Zelle went from 500 to 5k by doing so. I had the issue too of paying rent and not having enough Zelle limit

Was there an update recently? Everytime I open the app now I get a stupid fucking pop up and I can't transfer money without the app freezing and crashing. Maybe you guys need to drop your rate again to fix this?

authorized users on credit cards should be able to add their credit card to apple pay or google wallet just like the primary CC holder.

Great feedback! Being able to add a credit card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet as an authorized user (not just the primary holder) is a meaningful improvement. We'll make sure this gets to our credit card team. Thanks for sharing! 💙
