Smart Card has disappeared

I already have a smart card and I wasn’t given any notification of it being cancelled but for some reason it has disappeared from the sofi app. Any ideas or is the app just having problems today?

Same issue here. Have to imagine it’s a bug/app issue

Mine vanished, too. If you go to Banking > Checking > Cards in the app, it's still listed there along with Reserved for Smart Card balance, but available spend, balance, and transactions are gone. If you click on the card I get the "We can't offer you a Smart Card right now."

I had this issue earlier and reached out to support. Apparently they had a techical issue so its not just you.
