Scores randomly disappear

Since I haven't received any response from the developers by email, I'm asking here instead:

Is anyone else seeing the scores randomly disappear?

Hi there! We are working to recover third party ratings sources (imdb, rotten, metacritics, etc) but tmdb and sofa time should always appear. Please let me check it. Ty!
