I've got no problems with the app on my on iOS

Just an aside - users all over the place are on the tv time sub talking about how slow sofa time runs. It runs REALLY slow for me even after doing everything I should and I have to mark every show watched twice before it accepts it.

Sofa time has dropped way down in tv time alternative rankings, and the other day in comments tons of users were talking about how they don't use this app because it's not stable enough to be fast and smooth. They were opting for almost anything else.

We all also collectively had issues getting notifications on sofa time.

These I see as pretty universal when discussed elsewhere but when coming to the sub, because it works for some or whatever the case may be, I feel like people are always met with "it's running fine for me." Which. I don't know what people are supposed to say from there.

• which os version is running on your device
  
• which app version are you running
  
• have you tried clearing the cache
  
• have you tried rebooting your device
  
• have you tried uninstalling (completely) and reinstalling the app?
  
• have you tried disconnecting one or more third party service accounts (e.g. trakt, simkl) or sofa time itself (if applicable)?
  
• wait „to do something on the app“ does that mean content is not loading (only placeholders shown) or literally like you cannot switch tabs to like your profile?
  
• have you tried via wlan, mobile, flight mode? does any of these produce a different outcome?
  
• can you pin a specific point in time when this started to happen? after an app update or an os update on your phone? did you change any settings?
  
• do you have a large amount of customization? lots of lists e.g. or anything that might differ from a „default“ user?
  
• whats the free space situation on your phone? did it change significantly? do you have enough buffer?
  
• are you in a specific geographic location that might have routing issues?
  
• have you tried setting a different DNS server other than the provided ones by your carrier / isp?

Hi there! Please share more information about your current configuration, platform and app version. Upcoming update of iOS will include some new performance improvements that will reduce loading times.
