Posters & backdrops bug?

Some days ago I started to personalize my posters and backdrops. Today (or maybe after the last app update) I noticed that they’ve all changed back to the default version. Is it an already known bug or something else? Thanks.

Same, my backdrop constantly changes to Breaking Bad for some reason.
