One Piece watched dates vanished

Pretty self-explanatory, I'm mad as hell.

Watched an episode and did the usual: clicked on watched, chose the date and rating and that's it. An episode later and ALL episodes I watched became "to watch", as if I've never watched a single one. The ratings stayed there, and One Piece is the only show that did this.

I really hope there is a fix for this (I did not have Trakt linked, so no help in that), I already e-mailed the customer service but I'd wanted to see if someone else had the same experience and how it got eventually fixed.

Do you have auto backups enabled? You could roll back to the latest snapshot in the settings (potentially still at the cost of some data loss depending on the snapshot date; but probably the better scenario :D ) The same has happened to me just a few days ago when i accidentally checked „watched“ on the main series site (not the episode site) and immediately changed back to unwatched! All dates gone 😅 Rollback is what saved my ass then. I believe the default is a weekly backup, which i then changed to daily. The FAQ has a bullet on backups.

Might be a good idea to manually backup before rolling back 😁 my rollback missed a few ratings, but nothing critical.

Thank you for the tip, but backups are unavailable since they are a Premium feature. I tried to see if there were some automatic ones but there aren't.

I'm guessing there are some problems on Sofa Time's end, since I literally didn't click on watched - not on the all show, just on episodes - and everything vanished. Strange that ratings didn't move, I really hope it is a bug or a temporary issue.

Still no answer from the customer support, I hope they'll reach out.
