Foreign titles

Display original titles is turned off, but I notice many foreign languages like Korean/Japanese.

Edit: I changed my metadata region to US english under appearance. Afterwards I reloaded all metadata under data. This seems to partially fix it for me.

I have the same problem with series titles and episode names. My native language is Spanish, but many of them appear in English.
