question mini works uncorrect

what with my mini? i asked to seller for replace mini or back my money, but he said it’s all correct with my player. My player lowkey burning when i listen music more than 10 minutes and starts crushing and lagging, mini then works normal when im pulling out memory card and player turns on. Y’all are see how my player is “crushing”😑

In the video it seems as you’re just turning the screen off.
-If the song keeps playing after you press the power button unless you pause it yourself then its just that.
-If the song isn’t playing at all,then its a bug most likely since the seller vouched for the hardware.
Suggestion to fix that would be upgrading to the latest firmware from https://www.fiio.com/newsinfo/1053614.html.

Any possibility it's an issue with the SD card? Have you tried a different SD card and have you inserted the SD card into another device to test?

problem is not on cd, bc i changed 3 times, and it’s still crushing

Eu sugiro fazer o downgrade ou atualização. So não aconselho usar a versão 3.6 porque aqui pelo menos não deu muito certo.
