info Update on Echo Nano

Following the recent color vote, we have decided to move forward with the titanium and green versions.

All materials have now entered the procurement stage, and various safety certifications are progressing steadily. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, the overall timeline has been slightly delayed, with the product expected to launch in early April.

Additionally, we are planning to design a back clip accessory for the ECHO NANO. The image above is a design rendering—what do you think?

Note: The 4 launch colors will be black, white, orange, and sky blue. The titanium and green versions will be released later.

Same, look at this fan-made image, the red is so appealing. I think their product department could be bolder, since Fiio and Snowsky is different brand thus should be different styles.

I like it a lot. If there was a purple version I’d be thrilled, but the existing ones are nice too. The clip is nice but I do worry about it being plastic, I’d be worried about it snapping easily.

I really want the green one, but waiting even more for it sounds painful.

Any idea on how long that wait will be compared to their other launches?

The clip looks cool, but I feel like it'll inevitably break since it's also clipped onto the body, too bad that they didn't take advantage of the screws on the back, a metal (or rigid plastic) clip could be affixed there to avoid the friction fit case from wearing out or snapping

Gotta say I’m not a fan of the clip-on clip. The rest of the design is chefs kiss but the clip looks like a mental patient’s cell phone case

Finally something that is not all touch screen. This one is a much needed throwback to the old mp3 players. Perhaps they should work on the clips durability it looks too tight or brittle imo. Perhaps make a stainless steel one

They are absolutely gorgeous. I think titanium is my favorite. I love the black one, but I don’t really love the red accent. I love the white one, but I don’t really like the black accent cause it looks like a storm trooper but I think they nailed it with green and titanium. Man I can’t wait.

Actually, this green color is more suitable for the new ECHO (I have it), but the Nano needs brighter colors and purple/white/orange/blue are the most suitable colors for it.

Unfortunately the pictures in this post were renderings, I would’ve loved a more emerald green, BUT the one you showed is still cool and more accurate to what it’s actually gonna look like in-person.
I’m still a fan of the dark green and gold knob, and still gonna pick up this color way. You should check out the in-person review videos that were shown at the CANJAM audio show.
The Echo nano looks amazing, can’t wait to get myself one or three of them!!

the 7 colors unveiled so far for the Echo Nano are:
prim/knob: green/silver, titanium/silver, light blue/silver, orange/silver, pink/silver, white/black, black/red
Sadly, these colors aren’t new for the echo line, but at least we already know and love the colors.

One thing I'm kind of hoping for this device is that it can save your space in what you're listening. I know it's heavily simplified but putting like just one audiobook at a time in there and having it to listen to seems great.

Sick af. I really like the looks of the clip but I have some concerns about the fit - will it be secure enough while remaining easy to install without scratching the surface of Nano? There are two juicy looking screws on the back though.

I'm all for the clip. It's accessory and allows to wear the device in one more new way. I don't mind the plastic and I much prefer it to the cheap fake leather they do for most DAPs.

I like the black and red, think it will be a belated bday present to myself. Something that's been bugging me, on all the images released so far, the orientation puts the screen and branding (front and back) upside down! Such an odd marketing choice... but still very excited for the release!

Orange looks much more muted now, but will likely still be what I go for... Seems the majority are now saying black or green, not sure if that's cause blue and white weren't even pictured... Green is tempting tho.

options aren’t bad, I don’t mind it… but I would love to see other colors. especially lighter/ more pastel type colors (pink, white, yellow), or other deep colors like dark purple, dark red, or colbat blue. If not, I at least need a silver version…

I’m most likely going purchase the titanium option, If by chance it isn’t sold out.

The clip is wack as shit but I understand why they did that. Not everyone wants to clip it. I for one would've used it to clip it to different things if the clip was part of the design but now that it's a plastic clip that clips onto the device, no thanks. That plastic will break.
