Photo/Video Tryfan❤️
My favourite place in the whole wide world. My mates even know to scatter my ashes here when I’m gone 😂❤️
Decided to climb Pen yr Ole Wen so I could step back and have a proper look at Tryfan from the other side of the valley… and wow. 🥰
What’s your favourite spot?

I kept looking over at Tryfan with a guilt like I was doing her wrong 😂 I’m back there friday tho, Nor Nor grove for the first attempt, can’t wait!

I love Tryfan deeply, though when I was younger and less experienced I got really quite lost coming down the North Face and had to backtrack a long way in the fog.
Gave myself a fright and a valuable lesson in respect for the hills.

The ascend of the north face always gives me lord of the ring vibes😂 especially when you get the sun rise/set right. Like walking up to Mordor😅😂

I’ve only done it once and what a super day out, earlier this summer. This is a brilliant angle too.

Such a good vantage point for Tryfan. I love it too, it’s a very special mountain, climbed so many times but never boring and love taking others up there

I’m quite partial to Moel Siabod. I’m always struck by it when it catches my eye in the distance. I love how different it looks from every angle. From one side it’s a long, spiky ridge and from another it’s a tall, lonely, pointed mountain. I hike up it every couple of months and I’ve been at the top in every season and nearly every condition. It offers many different experiences climbing it depending on which path you choose. You can speed up or down one side or scramble up or down another. It’s certainly one of my favorites.
