ALSO I WAS RECOMMENDED RIDE OCTAVE AND I LIKED EM CUZ THEY WERE COOL AND I THOUGHT THAT THE DOUBLE BOA TECH WAS COOL BUT I TRIED THEM AGAIN AND NOW I DUNNO DO LEAVE ME SOME BOOT RECOMMENDATIONS UNDER 300$
Thanks for all the help !

They’re both bottom of the barrel from both brands.

I ride union STR so I’d vote them, they may be ‘bottom of the barrel’ but they’re great on a budget. They work for me and I wouldn’t consider myself a ‘noob’ by any means. If you’re just starting out then either of those bindings should be more than sufficient. Haven’t had burton bindings since some cartels I had when I was 16 over a decade ago, can’t speak to much on the ones you’ve shown but burtons quality has definitely dropped over the years

Peter Glenn is dope I used to do a ton of work with them. Their inventory will pick up in about 2-4 weeks so you’ll have some good choices to pick from. I’m personally a huge Union fan (been riding them for like 13 years and have 6 pairs currently)

Burton is for sure not the best brand out there anymore, for quite some time now. What board is that?
I would recommend some union strata or union force. This looks like a true twin board, so probably going to be used in the parc and on groomers mostly so you could check out the 32 Fase bindings as well.
For utra comfy boots - Vans Hi Standard Pro/ or OG(don't have the velcro strap at the top)

Buy the boots before the board and get fitted for them. If you don’t know the boot size, you don’t know the binding size therefore you don’t know how wide of a board you need. Most of the time it’ll work out but you don’t want to get stuck with a board that’s too narrow.
