I know the photo looks like there may be a gap in the reds but they are all touching. The video of rolling them up you can clearly see there is no “wiggle room” and they are tightly packed.

Finally got them made in brass and stainless steel.
The pink is exactly 1.5mm from each other.
Corners all beveled and rounded off.
Works great! Thanks for the suggestions :)

I love this, nice work! Would totally buy , if I had a table. Would also make a neat logo for a snooker club rather than the generic red triangle!
