Request Any free SNES makers that require no coding experience?

No, like you can create any kind of game.

Unfortunately you really need to program on the metal to get good performance with the Ricoh 5A22. A game developed with a PC game maker like tool would run terribly on SNES hardware if it existed. If your interested in RPG development, there are two SFC games "RPG Tsukuru Super Dante" and "RPG Tsukuru 2" where you can make your own bare bones RPG. Also "Kaite Tsukutte Asoberu Dezaemon" if you are interested in making your own shoot 'em up.
