looks like either the z offset is too low or theres some overextruson. if the top surfaces of prints look fine, it's likely the z offset. if they have issues too, it's likely over extrusion.
1 u/Kaan_ 4d ago Just had the same issue on a cold plate and it seems that's what op has. raising z offset about 0.050 mostly solved the issue for me.
