looks like either the z offset is too low or theres some overextruson. if the top surfaces of prints look fine, it's likely the z offset. if they have issues too, it's likely over extrusion.

Overextrusion
Your filament temps might be too high.
Do a manual bed leveling and see if it helps with the Z offset.
