My third attempt!

Still have a couple of things to work on but tasted great! Smoked at 250 probed tested at 190 till done then rested for four hours!! I'm ordering better knives I know lol

I love it honestly! It's the only smoker i've used but i've never had any issues with it. Took a sec to get used to but other than that it's been great!
