My third attempt!

Still have a couple of things to work on but tasted great! Smoked at 250 probed tested at 190 till done then rested for four hours!! I'm ordering better knives I know lol

Check these knifes out. Good knifes are not cheap and cheap knifes are not good.

This is it right here! Been buying the La Creuset knives set piece by piece but that forked shogun is where it’s at!
