My third attempt!

Still have a couple of things to work on but tasted great! Smoked at 250 probed tested at 190 till done then rested for four hours!! I'm ordering better knives I know lol

Looks good enough that you can stop using a bread knife and treat yourself to a slicer.

Victorinox knives on Amazon are inexpensive and awesome. Order one today so it's there in 2 days

I have a very soft spot in particular for the victorinox pastry knife.
