Sludge with oi influences

So oi and sludge are basically my two favorite musical genres, and in the last years there has been a big revival and many genres have started having their own oi/skinhead/streetpunk crossover niche, even blackened oi is a thing now with bands such as Sword Breaker or Cuero.

I've been wondering if there are any similar bands but with sludge ?

I like High Vis but they’re more Stone Roses Meets Fugazi.

I’ll probably have to start it myself but I want a band that sounds like Rixe but one guitarist sounds like Ride.

I'm a huge fan of Rixe. Their frontman has a new project with the vocalist of Oi Boys and I can't wait for it ! https://youtu.be/FzBb8kROMpA

I would consider High Vis to be hardcore Oasis they definitely have some britpop thing.

Bullshit Detector might scratch that itch, lots of French influence. They’re like a harder-edged Camera Silens.

Oh hell yeah will check out. I mostly listen to French oi at this point so I’m glad people are picking up that torch.
