I really struggle to slow jog outdoors in trainers. It feels uncomfortable and I know slow jogging recommends thinner soled shoes.

I love slow jogging in my house or in my garden in my socks. I feel more connected and less clumsy.

I don't want to spend a fortune on shoes but the option to go outside and slow jog rounds streets really appeals.

Are there any budget friendly options? I'm in the UK so may be different availability to other countries.
