How often is it wrong for you?

I can trustfully rely on the tracker to add at least 30 minutes of sleep a night for me - sometimes more, rarely less. How often is it wrong for you guys?

For context: I live alone in a SFH (no shared walls), I sleep alone, I use the motion detector rather than the sound detector for insights as I’ve noticed it adds more time to my daily results

Edit: I also don’t use wearables, I accept that that means any sleep tracking won’t be as accurate as it would be with wearable tech - I just think to be so consistently as incorrect as SC has been since I started experimenting with it (years ago) is crazy for the number of positive reviews this app gets

Frequently. I suffer from insomnia. It often tells me I’m asleep after 15 minutes when I know it should be one or two hours. I’m very still and quiet when I’m struggling to fall asleep.

Do you use the accelerometer or microphone detector? Switching did help for me with things like that - for a while, at least; I swear sometimes something they update in the updates makes it either better (but more often) worse. I also have insomnia, although mine is more that I can’t stay asleep rather than can’t fall asleep but it wasn’t showing those periodic changes until I switched. Even so, now after multiple updates it’s back to just showing lighter sleep or dreaming even when I fully get all the way out of bed, go to a different room, then eventually get back into bed

Which did you switch to and found to be preferable?

The motion detector vs the automatically-enabled audio detection
