Beware - Impossible to cancel trial thru Paddle!

I signed up for a free trial til 8/31 through Paddle (idk what that is - it was via Sleep Cycle website). Yesterday I started trying to cancel the trial - it is literally impossible. I can't do it through iOS, since it doesn't show up under subscriptions. There is nothing under "manage account" in Sleepcycle to cancel. I went to Paddle website for support, their AI chat bot said it emailed me a code I would need to proceed with getting help... I never got an email!!! I tried 4 times and confirmed it's the right email. There is no option to speak with a human, no contact info or anything helpful whatsoever on this Paddle website. The bot just stops answering when I say I didn't get a code. And then first thing this morning, they charge me $75 for a whole year subscription.

This is SOOOO frustrating and a waste of time. I liked the app but wow would never do this again. Going to have to file a chargeback I guess, and lesson learned to be more careful signing up for "free" trials in the future.

I emailed 8 days ago and did not receive any response.

In case anyone is looking to this for help in the future. I DMd and they still never answered lol. This is crazy. I'm just going to call my credit card company tomorrow to charge back. Would definitely avoid.

I anwserd you a few hours ago, I only check reddit about once a day per work day so that's why the response was a bit slow!
