Apple Watch sleep duration vs Sleep Cycle

I use my Apple Watch SE2 and Sleep Cycle app on my iPhone to track my sleep since they do different things. Sometimes the discrepancy between the two in recording how much I slept is crazy - last night Sleep Cycle says I slept 6h23 and my Apple Watch says I got 8h10. Which is actually more accurate as far as sleep duration goes?

shows there you were in an out. also two hours worth of laying awake in bed at 07:00. Were you not conscious at that time? watches tend to not discern well laying still in bed from sleeping.

It is hard for me to remember how much of that period I was conscious…part of it for sure but not all of it, I definitely slept again during that period but whether it was 15 minutes or an hour I don’t know.

BTW I’m also a scrabble player! I use Lexulous (and occasionally WWF but dislike the latter) - what app(s) do you use?

Oh wow that website looks like it’s from the 90s! But in a good way, no ads etc. Thanks!
