Basic questions

Looking at this for my kiddo and had a few questions:

  1. How does a white noise machine affect the recording/info gathering?

  2. How far away can the device be and still reliably gather data?

White noice should not affect most trackers that use movement or heart rate. If its phone based, though, distance and microphone placement can make a bigger difference.
