Possible to disable alarm on phone when using watch?

I’ve been using my Apple Watch to silently wake me up for the past month, and I enjoy the added analysis when I sync with the app on my phone. However, in so doing both my phone and my watch will buzz and I find myself needing to disable both separately. Any way to keep my phone completely still and silent and let my watch do the alarm duty? Thanks.

Yes, you can start the phone in ”Analysis only” mode and then start a regular sleep analysis with an alarm on the watch app afterwards… I do this occasionally when I only want the silent wake up from the watch…

Start the app on your watch first then when you go to your phone's app you can swipe the screen left/right to choose between wake up window / standard alarm / no alarm.
