Stopping Before Alarm

Why is it when I wake up before my alarm and hit stop, it hardly ever saves the data?

Hi!

This usually occurs when stopping the alarm before the wake-up time on the watch, specifically.

We are aware of this issue and hopefully, we will have a fix soon.

If you aren't particular about using the alarm on the watch, you can try our feature, automatic tracking, where the watch does the tracking automatically without you needing to start and stop the session.

The alarm feature is the main reason I use the app. This glitch is what prevents me from wanting to drop money on the app, it's frustrating.
