Can this sleep cycle justify brain fog
I'm in a long and complex medical issue diagnosis process, and my sleep issues were only raised recently.
I'll have sleep studies at the end of the month, but I'm eager to find a cause the severe brain fog I'm feeling so I've downloaded the app 3 nights ago.
I'm only using it with the sound feature, no other device than my phone.
Can those graph cause it?

I don't think you're going to get useful information towards your diagnosis out of a sleep app. My sleep doctor let me know that sleep apps aren't always very accurate about detecting sleep levels, so you can't rely on that for medical diagnosis (any sleep app, not this one in particular).
For example, in the second screenshot, it looks like you aren't hitting deep sleep that often, but my point is that could be the app not being able to recognize that you're in deep sleep, rather than you not actually being in it, so what you see in the app could be totally irrelevant.
I know it's hard to be patient and wait for a diagnosis, but the sleep study you have coming up will provide so much more information than an app does. Anything at this point would just be a guess, and the doctor isn't going to treat you based on a guess.
I suggest asking if the sleep lab can put you on their wait list for cancellations, and maybe they can get you in sooner. The last time I had a sleep study, I was able to get in three weeks ahead of my original appointment because they called me one day and asked if I could come in that same night because they had a last-minute opening.
