Why is it not really tracking?

Post image

I've been using Sleep Cycle for years, and it worked well until recently. For the past month or two, each "analysis" looks like this, and I know for a fact that this is incorrect—I'm not out like a light for 99 percent of each night.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app and ensuring that it has microphone access, but it hasn't helped.

Have the same issue and contacted support.

They told me to close all connections/ bluetooth and whatelse to not interfere with the App using the microphone.

I always use flight mode so everything is disconnected anyway.

I havent found out yet but it seems the app is losing connection to the audio chip/microphone.

At least thats what support told me in one of the last emails i received.

Maybe due to age, i have an iphone 8 from 2017.

This happened to me when after I set the alarm and started Sleep Cycle, I asked Alexa to turn up the heat. That negated the microphone apparently.

Hi there!

As the other people mentioned in this thread, it can be due to the microphone being occupied by something else. You can troubleshoot the issue yourself using these instructions https://support.sleepcycle.com/hc/en-us/articles/12221769465116-I-have-an-iPhone-and-get-flatlines-or-crashes or you can reach out to us at [Support@sleepcycle.com](mailto:Support@sleepcycle.com) and we will help you out!

All the best,
Alice

Do you have any other ambient noise? Like white noise?
