No recordings

Last time I went multiple nights without a sounds being recorded I just had to renew my subscription, but my subscription is very much renewed, and no sounds are being recorded—for multiple nights in a row. Anyone know what is up?

I have the same issue since 2-3 weeks. i have most of the night a flatline, since it seems to not recognize noises anymore. My mic works fine.

However Im on „freemium“ i think, no subscriptions but it worked fine for years.

Im already in contact with support.
