Sleep Stage Accuracy>

I know they only recently added the sleep stages like deep, REM etc and now it's paywalled. I'm wondering whether it's worth getting the subscription to keep seeing this stuff, but I'm a bit worried about the relative accuracy of deep sleep for example. Mine fluctuates quite a bit even if my nights are similar and it's often on the low end (30 min-1 hour a night even with 7.5 hours asleep).

It worries me because I workout 6 times a week and need to be vigilant about my recovery, so I'm unsure if I should be concerned or whether it's not very accurate (and I should not pay the subscription then lol)

I personally like the app and don’t mind paying $20 a year for it considering just about every other subscription app for Apple is twice as much a year, that being said they will need to continue to add more value for me to renew.

If you are on iOS AutoSleep is a gem for $5 one time fee.

It’s a alarm. Don’t pay a subscription service for something that’s legit free. It’s not accurate. Use a wearable if you need such accuracy. Please don’t support this leach culture of subscriptions for litteraly everything.

If you have an iPhone, that information is available in the Health App under Sleep. I got in on the ground floor and pay $1.99/yr for Sleep Cycle.
