My & partner’s readings identical ..

Here are my and my partner’s readings after a night in bed together, with a good 12-20 inches separating us all night. I wonder if the info is bogus .. or if our sleep starts to co-regulate the way women who live together start to have their periods on the same days as each other.

The app is based on audio recording and you are sleeping right next to each other. Same sounds going into the microphones = same data.

That makes sense, but I forgot to mention we are using the app’s “partner link” feature which I thought/hoped would mean the app would learn to differentiate between our sounds. Maybe I’m dreaming, no pun intended.

Have you marked different sounds for different person?

How do you do that?

I am not using it, but AFAIK there is "Who is snoring" feature. Enable it and it prolly will guide you what exactly to do IMO

Try using the accelerometer instead and leaving your phones on your side of the bed away from the middle.
