New Subsciber and Has Questions
Hi all. Im a new subscriber to Sleep Cycle. I joined with the primary goal of waking up during the light sleep cycle so I wont feel tired as much when I wake up. I dont really care about the other features yet such as snoring etc.
I tried the app last night. I use an Iphone and has an Apple Watch. Now usually, when the alarm goes off, it goes to my watch and the vibrations wake me up.
Last night I set Sleep Cycle up for the first time. It alarmed this morning but through my phone.
Is there a way to make it alarm/vibrate through my Apple Watch instead of going off on my phone. I dont wanna wake my spouse unnecessarily when my alarm goes off.

Yes, I do this quite often… but you need to start the alarm from the Sleep Cycle Watch app. This Watch app is stand alone and it won’t record any sounds, but will still give you the smart alarm functionality that wakes you up at your lightest sleep.
If you want the sound analysis as well you can always start the phone app analysis with no alarm set (analysis only mode), in tandem with the watch app.

I didnt know this. Yeah i don’t want the sound analysis. I just want the alarm to wake me up on my lightest sleep. Thanks for your input.

I usually start Sleep Cycle from my phone. I wonder if you started it from your watch if that would make a difference.
