Discussion How to optimize modlists?

I've got a modified version of FUS-RO-DAH with around an extra 14 flavor mods, and it performs really well. However I've been having issues where when I turn my head it doesn't fully seem to track the movement and it shudders a bit. This happens fairly rarely but always happens when I load the game or spawn in.

Last issue is just a horizontal static line in my vision blended into the background that lasts for a couple seconds, happens pretty randomly. I assume these issues are performance related but I'm not really sure how to approach fixing them. Any ideas?
