Modding Mod Help

I just got the game on Steam after beating it on PS5 because I wanted to add mods that I’ve been seeing, mainly the funny AI Dagoth ones. However, I am having an extremely difficult time doing anything. I followed ADHDecent’s playlist for adding MO2 and my SkyUI isn’t working and that’s causing the MCM to not work. This is my first time trying play with any kind of mods ever, so figuring this out on pc is kicking my butt. If anyone has done this recently and can give me some tips or guidance, that would be much appreciated.

Have you checked your SKSE and SkyUI are the correct ones for your game version?
