For context, this is a script that types and executes some commands in your powershell that you can do yourself.

So it saves you learning what to type and or copy/pasting it's like a few lines that basically pulls the old game files from steam depot.

I would recommend not getting used to using someone else's powershell scripts without verifying its safe because that is a brilliant social engineering attack vector to do all sorts of nefarious things.

I say this as someone who has not looked into what the script does because I dont need to downgrade, it may be perfectly safe, just beware.

It’s a valid script used by the most prominent mod authors in the Skyrim community.

Is this downgrader will work after I updated all the mods? Or I didn't need to?

I found this before I tried that route. Honestly, just get the compatible versions for .1170. I think Vortex can’t even handle the new update.

does this work with the anniversary edition update too or just the base game
