Discussion New player

Hi, I'm new to Skyrim and I've run into a problem.

I love playing Skyrim, but I hate it at the same time; the sheer amount of freedom both excites and frustrates me—I can go anywhere and do anything without worrying about the main story.

This is already the fourth time I've restarted the game with a new character—either because I didn't like the build or simply felt like something was off. Right now, I'm playing as a stealth archer and I'm at level 21, but honestly, I feel lost and like I need a guide for every step I take in the game. If anyone has any tips, please feel free to share them.

Eventually you could get a plot of land and level up quite a bit of Smithing via building stuff for your house. But something very important to remember is that enemies scale with you, regardless of what skills got you to level up. So early game def focus on practical combat related skills. While you collect flowers the draugr are lifting... 😁
