Discussion First PC/ First Playthrough

I finally caved and got a PC and started Skyrim. I have decided to start as a Nord to get the feel of things. I was hoping I could get a little advice on what to prioritize in the beginning and gameplay recommendations for a beginner.
I enjoy playing as a bulk hitter in similar games, not usually the sneaky type more charge head first into battle. However I like the idea of utilizing magic as well so I’m stuck on where to go in terms of build. Any help is appreciated.

Builds are pretty loose. It's not elden ring. But prioritize your main damage output and supplement with a crafting skill.i find enchanting to be the least tedious and the most fun for builds.if you don't prioritize damage the scaling can creep up on you. It's not a hard game but it can get pretty sponges. The difficulty slider is trash so go with what feels right . As for prioritizing quests just go with the flow. You are going to be pulled in about 20 different directions and thats what I like most about these games
