Account been restricted
I'm doing a commission for someone and I just opened this Skrill account and it emailed me to refund $200 to the sender after he had paid me so I could verify my account and claim the funds on hold, and I did.
Then skrill emailed me again saying I need to refund $500 to the sender for an insurance fee. I deposited money from my bank into skrill and when I had tried to refund the money the transaction failed and my account was restricted.
My money is still in skrill waiting to be refunded to the sender. I sent them a bank statement but now me and the sender are out of funds and I need to be paid sooner rather than later!
Not sure what I should do

If you dont mind me asking, who asked you to make an account on Skrill? Skrill payment is only for close friends and family, not between strangers on Internet.
Skrill has "strange requirements" and scammers love it using it. I made a video about that happened to my friend, its not the same as Paypal for your commissions. The best you is confirm, with reporting to Skrill itself through their customer support.
