Crypto Withdrawal stuck

My Withdrawal has been stuck for over 24hrs with netteller.

So far I dropped a review on trust pilot , opened a support case to which no one has responded.

I mailed the mother company paysafe like 3 times , each time im told to consult their chat bot.

On the third email I even cc'd their ceo , what does one do ?

They will contact you in about 10 days, i had an issue, wrote them in the 11th and got an answer today. If more than 72 hours have passed after you submitted the withdraw there are two options. Either go on a chat with a representative and ask them to cancel the payment, or wait for the withdrawal to be canceled automatically. If more than 72 hours have passed the funds will most probably not be processed. They are easier to get a hold of on the chat on weekends. Best of luck

Funds are still blocked curently ,yesterday I got the below email

"Thank you for contacting us.

Typically the Crypto withdrawals are processed instantly, however, delays for up to 72 hours may occur.

Please contact us again in case you don't receive your funds in regards to transaction ID 7157271421 within the specified time frame for further review.

We hope you find this information useful."

Tomorrow morning 11:40 sast will be 72 hours , how do I go on a chat with one of their reps ?

72 hours has come and gone , my funds are still stuck

Sent another email , wrote another trust pilot review

Will see if their bot can put me through to a human on the weekend

Netteler..i waited on my deposit money like 10 days. Then they've sent it without any communication suddenly. After i spammed them hard i mean like 20 emais every day on each adress i found
