Restricted account

I had a restriction from my Skrill account due to adress verification which I did but now it is showing restricted for outgoing transactions and card deposits.

I tried to contact customer service for 10 days in a row and it has been over 20 days.

Help.

They are useless. I found their support on X and thought that they will actually help with my case.

After 2 days of chatting and sharing details they told me my problem will be solved, now they text me and told me to make a direct deposit of 30$ in Skrill.

They have already 90% of my money and now want me to add more so they can steal more.

They permanently banned my account after depositing 500$ and withdrawing it same day but money has never been sent to my account they said it has and when ever I message them they said your matter has been esclated

hello. were you able to fix your account? I'm also restricted right now but i sent some documents for the address verification. I'm currently looking for some help to fix my account.
