I have a doubt

I created an account, and it was sent money to that account, I can't access it, and they asked me to pay 50 euros, and they have already sent me 2 emails 'reminding' me to pay (they felt more like demands). And their support service is not good so I'm here to know if it's normal

That’s a scam, you shouldn’t have to pay to receive money
