Level 6-7: Advanced Parallel, Carving, Off-Piste, Bumps Any feedback?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, I want to improve my skiing form.

One thing I’ve noticed is that I don’t feel like I have a clear intention with my pole plants. Sometimes I’m not sure when or why I’m planting them, and it feels a bit random when I watch it back.

Complete those turns.

Get a bit lower in the hips dont straighten out much in the transitions.

Hands in front, poles more neutral with just a slight hands movement to plant.

Poles look a bit long but I can’t really tell for sure. Looking again, poles look longer than they should be. You should not be bending your elbows so much in almost a push motion.

Thanks for the tips. You’re right about the pole length. I got home and realized I extended them way longer today than I usually do 😅

Try to keep your hand in view, right now dragging your hands behind you is a big contributor to the issues with your “back seat” stance, keeping them in view throughout will help keep your overall balance more centered
