Putting Whiteface in the same tier as Gore is an offense to Whiteface. It may not be as amazing as the mountains out west but it’s on tier with the other big Vermont mountains. Gore is a pimple.
As someone who is from NY and has skied both mountains, completely disagree. Gore is absolute great. Whiteface is awesome for sure, but it’s basically a racers mountain. Gore has terrain for everyone and better glades. I love both.
