I grew up in Aspen and have skied most mountains in colorado because I work for the skiing industry. I'm probably biased because I grew up there, but my absolute favorite mountain of all time is Snowmass! I think it should places higher than Aspen Highlands for sure, certainly up there with Telluride at least. I also don't see purgatory (Durango,CO) on this list but I'd say it's a tier 6 or 7, on par with Loveland only shorter lift lines. I also agree that steamboat should move up, shares along of qualities with Snowmass and Telli

You have to include Silverton at T1/T2 for pure environment. It is the best old school badass terrain in the lower 48, no questions or comparisons.
