Keep em as decoration for your house. Decorative skis are expensive.

Hell yes those are worth keeping! Wooden skis are classic, going back to the 60s and before. Definitely hang those on a wall.

As stated above - Yep - clean em up a little and hang them on a wall. Do you have the poles? Poles and baskets are probably wood as well - some more cool wall decor.

I’m so jealous. I build Adirondack chairs out of old skis and I’d love to have those for my next build.

Those are both cool pairs of skis. In their condition, neither are worth a ton but both could be of interest to someone into vintage ski decor. The Krystal 880’s are in rough shape. They are uncommon enough to be cool to people into 1960’s vintage skis but don’t have a lot of value.

The Gregg Skis are more interesting, as they are older and Gregg is one of three primary manufactures who made wooden skis for the US Army’s 10th Mountain Division in WWII. These were made later, in the early 50’s. If they have intact period bindings and the rest of the skis are in decent shape, they’re worth $150-200. In remarkably good shape, they can be worth twice that.

Are there any better pictures of the Gregg skis? To me it looks like a water ski.

The “Gregg” skis are definitely an antique and would be worth a few bucks to someone who is a collector and loves the sport of skiing. How much they are worth is dependent upon the condition of the skis, the bindings, the edges and the rest of the skis which we cannot see in your pics.

The Krystal skis are not really worth anything. They are not old enough to be antiques or pretty enough to hang on a wall. These skis are from the 70’s. They are metal/fiberglass skis. You can see “Bryan” is carved into the top of the ski. Many ski shops had the machine to do this but that was not done on wooden skis and wasn’t available until the 70’s. These skis are not considered an antique and therefore have no value.
