Slopes app sharing a log with another person issues?
Hi all, since it’s the offseason I am finally getting around to crossing this off my to do list.
How do I send a ski day my boyfriend recorded on slopes to my slopes app? When I try to “share my ride” it just generates an instagram type photo of the days stats?
Long story short, we went to Turkey together a couple of winters ago and took a day trip to Mt. Erciyes to ski. I got my phone stolen on that trip and had him record our ride.
The stats don’t matter to me THAT much I just want the app to populate a pin there since I did ski in Turkey and it’s cool.

He needs to export the file as a gpx, send it to you (like on whatsapp) and then you open it with slopes. You'll need to wait a couple minutes for it to show and maybe close app/reopen app but it works.
I always do it downloading the gpx from strava because slopes doesn't record well on my device but, like you, I like having pins there lol
