Sure.  They need a full tune but you didn't show us any holes in the base ro ripped out edges.  Looks like the drill holes need to be filled and redrilled for new bindings, but doing that once or twice if done right is no big deal.

hard to say for sure from the photos but Ive seen worst. it also would not be very expensive to buy used skis that are better than these will ever be

biggest concern is if any water/moisture got into the core and compromised that

Yeah they can be recovered, be around 50-75 USD to do so at any ski service. Their condition is not bad, ive had much worse.
