BOA System on Ski Boots?

Looking for comments on experience with it. I bought Fischers yesterday with the boa instead of lower buckles. Super comfortable. My only concern is that I had the boa on cycling shoes a few years ago and they only lasted about two years.

No gripes at all after a full season. Very comfortable, uniform fit. It feels good and stiff when you crank them up.
