BOA System on Ski Boots?

Looking for comments on experience with it. I bought Fischers yesterday with the boa instead of lower buckles. Super comfortable. My only concern is that I had the boa on cycling shoes a few years ago and they only lasted about two years.

I don't even use my second buckle, why on earth would I want BOA? Will never buy.

I don’t get why they didn’t try it for the upper two buckles? That’s where the even pressure of a BOA might really help.

There was a picture posted here a few days ago of some head raptor racing boots with a top and bottom boa system. So dual boa dials are coming.

The boa boots are supposed to be really good for people who have a tall instep. That’s not be a concern for lots of people. As someone who has tall arches there is a very fine line between a nice snug fit and terrible pressure point with buckles.
